Welcome to my new space! I decided it was time to pull the more “professional” route with my online presence. I am no longer a yoga student trainee, I AM a yoga teacher and soon will be a registered health coach. It’s time that my website reflected my competencies! It took a lot of work to get this baby together and I am pretty pleased with the end result, I hope you are too! If you are coming over from my old blog, please go ahead and re-register your email so you will get my new posts via email again. Unfortunately, my old email list did not transfer with the website. I will continue publishing on my old blog simultaneously for a few weeks in order to ensure smooth transition. Here’s to a new chapter in my “web” life!
