“When I wake up in the morning, I know that it’s going to be the best day of my life. I never think about what I can’t do. Make sure positive thoughts are the first ones you think in the morning” – Tao Porchon-Lynch
I found this quote in this month’s yoga journal, spoken by a 93 year old who holds the guinness world record for oldest yoga teacher.
Puts all your problems into perspective doesn’t it?
Our problems seem so real, so serious. We always feel like there’s a perfectly legitimate reason why today won’t be the best day of your life.
What if you dropped that story?
What if you lived in possibilities?
What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?

eeek, i ask myself this question ALL THE TIME!
if i knew i wouldn’t fail, i’d tell every single person exactly how much i love them and why.
start with yourself
Beautiful T – we “know” how powerful our thoughts are but often let our subconscious mind run the show with negative ones when we don’t set the conscious intention to focus our thoughts on all of the beauty and good that surrounds us! I love this is a morning practice and will start adding it onto the end of my morning meditation!
Love to you Sabrina!!
